PRICING MANAGER Job Description The Pricing Manager will report to the Director of Product Management. This position is a highly visible and excellent opportunities for right candidates. The Pricing Manager is responsible for product service quoting and timely response of sales/customer opportunities. There will be frequent interaction with our overseas colleagues and partners. This will require a flexible working schedule, as there will be tasks that need to be performed outside of normal business hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Manage sales channel requests including sourcing and tracking response material Interact and manage cross-regional sources of input Provide coherent and accurate responses preserving product and opportunity margins Manage win/loss funnel to ensure process improvements Provide oral/written communication with sales and customers to ensure accurate response Maintain processes/procedures for managing pre-sales responses Respond to in-region and out-of-region requests QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years of direct telecom, networking or Internet Service Provider experience Understanding of profit margin analysis and underlying product costs Moderate technical knowledge and understanding process workflow Ability to coordinate pricing across multiple requests Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint DESIRED ATTRIBUTES Proactive/self-starter able to be given general direction/operate with limited supervision Excellent oral/written communications skills with a propensity for clarity and conciseness Detail oriented and organized with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities effectively Analytical problem solving skills with an ability to get to the root cause quickly Capable of managing work flow (plan and prioritize/ respond to issues/document results) Strong customer service orientation with ability to work as a team player Work Location Herndon, VA Please submit your resume to Louisa Loo.
